Wow, what a great day, we sent 14 of our competition squad to a very wintery Pocklington, and all 14 managed to achieve the required qualification scores to progress through to the regional finals next March, This was a really enjoyable day with some great routines and some real team spirit and sportsmanship demonstrated both within the group but also towards the other competitors - a really well done to all of the squad as they were a real credit to the club and made us parents and coaches super proud (and an extra special well done to 3 girls from our under ten group for whom we received amazing feedback after the competition for how they showed compassion and kindness in consoling one of the young girls from another club when she became upset after not completing her routine).
